Its greatest virtue is its luminosity. Spacious, modern, practical and quiet. It has all the current comforts. Located in a good area, with a wide range of restaurants and leisure and good connections to reach the downtown area and the area of the beaches. It can accommodate up to 6 people. 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and central heating, WiFi, kitchenette. The space: The apartment of 102 m2 has the following areas: \- Simple main bedroom with double bed of 150x190 cm, spacious wardrobe with drawers and en suite bathroom. \- Practical and complete en suite bathroom with shower, sinks with drawer, mirror and toilet. \- Spacious second bedroom with single bed of 90x190 cm, comfortable desk, ample wardrobe, drawers and access to balcony. \- Spacious third bedroom with single bed of 90x190 cm, comfortable desk and ample wardrobes. \- Modern and complete bathroom with shower and screen, toilet, sink with mirror and bidet. \- Spacious and bright living room with two sofas, HD TV, long dining table for six people and access to terrace. \- Large terrace overlooking quiet street with table for 4 people. \- Ample and bright fully-equipped kitchenette with dining table for two people and with all kind of appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and blender. Interaction with guests: We would love to attend and advise you about everything you can do in the city of Valencia: gastronomy, sports, museums, culture, entertainment, shopping, golf, children, business… The neighbourhood: This apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Mestalla, a few meters away from the Stadium of Valencia Club de Fútbol and the Avenue of Blasco Ibáñez (the university area of Valencia and, therefore, one of the areas with more young people in the city). In this district you will find a wide range of restaurants, pubs and leisure activities. You can visit emblematic buildings, such as the Exhibition Palace and the Military Historical Museum, and you can go to the cinema, restaurants, terraces, breweries and supermarkets. About 5 minutes from the apartment there are two subway stops with which you can move to the downtown or the beach areas and, on the opposite side of Blasco Ibáñez Avenue, about 15 minutes on foot, you will find the district of Benimaclet, a lovely area with many places to eat and to discover. At the western end of the neighbourhood are the Turia Gardens and the Palau de la Música, where concerts, orchestras and other cultural events are held. The gardens are an urban park, with a length of about 7 km, that run through what once was the bed of the Turia river. Throughout this park you will find the City of Arts and Sciences, The Gulliver Park, tracks in which you can practice different sports, and bike and a running path, all surrounded by abundant vegetation. Ubicación. Todo muy nuevo. 2 baños y buenos armarios en las habitaciones. Lavavajillas. Amplio salón comedor. La calefacción. El primer día pasamos frío y el segundo algo mejor pero sin llegar a un confort óptimo. Al ser por aire caliente tardaba mucho en calentar y aunque le dieras mas potencia siempre salía poco aire, no variaba. El barrio algo ruidoso por la noche. Falta de persiana en la salida a la terraza de una habitación. A mi hija le despertaba la claridad.
