First night was terrible as the AC and toilet were terribly loud! However, the front desk employees helped us and moved us to another room.
The rug in the hallway is terrible! It isn't even placed on the floor properly. This could cause a serious accident and I really hope no Elders trip over this.
I tried to ask for our room to be serviced but it didn't get done. So, I just called for clean towels. I had to call another couple of times as it wasn't delivered.
Then the elevator where we park our cars broke down and parking for the hotel is on the 4th floor! By the time we left on Sunday, it was still down.
