It was clean, comfortable, and close to Lenoir Rhyne University where we went to a football game. The neighborhood was quiet and safe too. There was a playground right down the street which our granddaughter loved. We ate at JD's Barbeque and had ice cream and milkshakes at Myra's. There were a lot of good restaurants close by. Donna went the extra mile leaving us snacks and a special Lenoir Rhyne treat which was so thoughtful. We will be back to stay when we come back to the area to visit. ##### Virginia S. We really enjoyed having coffee on the front porch in the mornings listening to the birds. This property is in a quaint, quiet neighborhood and is walking distance to downtown Valdese. But the listing is exactly what you get. Newly renovated, clean and everything you need. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood setting but a quick drive to lots of thrift stores, parks and restaurants. It was cold but we could have walked to dinner. Morganton is convenient and adds to all the choices.
