(174 reviews) They tried so hard to make this a 4+ star hotel but it just doesn't manage it. The breakfast isn't worth the 20 euros that it costs. The bed was so hard that I had to take ibuprofen to deal with the hip pain after the night and the mildew in the room was bad. The whole family was coughing or sniffling after spending 5 nights there. We were VIP+ and had one of the 2 bedroom suites. We're in room #1\. The mosquitoes in the private backyard were so bad that we had a hard time using the only table that seated all 6 of us. (196 reviews) Facilities and service were all outstanding. They upgraded our room upon arrival and were able to accommodate last-minute dinner and spa reservations. Only downside was that our itinerary just allowed us to stay one night. We will have to stay at least a few days on our next visit. Highly recommended. (138 reviews) Beautiful, well maintained property. Our room was wonderful and the views were incredible. All of the staff are delightful and helpful. The beach chairs and amenities are not available in October, but that’s understandable for the off-season. Room service was so easy and delivered in less than 15 minutes. Loved our stay and will return.
