We had a truly memorable stay at Svinøya Rorbuer. The location is stunning — surrounded by dramatic Lofoten scenery and close to everything I wanted to explore. The rorbu (fisherman's cabin) was roomy, beautifully maintained, and offered a perfect mix of comfort and tradition. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made me feel welcome and at ease from the moment I arrived. I particularly appreciated the quiet setting and the views across the water. The sauna and four dips into the Arctic waters were amazing! Great place, super clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet is a little pricey but at the same time great options and good products. The bed was very comfy and not single beds, which seems hard to find. The sauna was also great, only bummer was the windows of the sauna were really dirty from people jumping and splashing the windows. So the view from the sauna wasn’t as we thought. But it did have warmed changing rooms and was a great experience.
