Nestled in the beautiful village of Rocester, located less than a mile away from JCB Golf & Country Club and a short drive to Alton Towers, the Peak District and Uttoxeter, this is the perfect base for both adventure and relaxation.   
  
Whether you are here for thrills, scenic walks, or peaceful retreats, you'll find it all nearby.  
  
Private off-road parking is available at the side of the property. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.  
  
Our countryside property offers a peaceful and welcoming space for guests to relax and unwind.   
  
The property features a comfortable living area perfect for lounging with Smart TV and board games for the family.   
  
An open kitchen and dining area is fully equipped for everyday needs with kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. There is also an iron and hairdryer for extra convenience.   
  
Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, one king room with a workspace desk, one double room and one single room. All have soft linens and blackout curtains. A travel cot can also be provided upon request.   
  
A clean modern bathroom with bath and an electric shower complete upstairs.
