### Rice Paddy Pool Villa

Brand new modern designed 3 bedroom pool villa surrounded by beautiful rice paddies in a peaceful non tourist area of Northern Thailand. Each bedroom comes with its own air conditioner and full bathroom. Villa has a large kitchen with all the amenities and an air conditioned dining and living area with 60 inch TV and WIFi throughout the property. Also includes observation deck with impressive views of the surroundings rice fields/mountains, a wading pool and an outside covered BBQ dining area with views. It can support 6 guests comfortably!  
  
FYI: Be careful of slipping when walking on wet pool deck. Please use mat whenever possible.
