Beautiful, comfortable and lovely sea view villa Neda, with magnificent balconies located in peaceful bay Kruce, close its lovely beach, in the green, only 2-3 min by walking, in the green and between towns Bar and Ulcinj, 55 km off popular and dynamic place Budva.
The house is on three level, with approximately 250m2 of space.
Each floor has sweeping balconies and magnificent sea views through green oak trees.
The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a small second kitchen. On the first floor is the main living area with well-equipped kitchen and a large lovely terrace with a beautiful view of the sea in the shade of oak trees. The second floor have 3 bedrooms with bathroom and exit from every room in large beautiful terrace. Villa Neda has plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. The terraces and balconies are furnished with comfortable outdoor seating.
Swimming pool is 9x4m and has 2 hydro massage, depth of 155cm. Pool is secured with metal bars (for children safety).
Garden is on tree levels (chidren area, area with sun loungers, green area) and about 500 M2 space.
Parking place is near house (for two car). The parking is not suitable for mini bus. If you need a bigger parking space, please let us know, we can find it in the vicinity up to 150 m from the house.

There is a lovely beach just 200 metres (2-3 min by walking) from the villa and many other beaches are within driving distance. Path to the beach is going directly from the house and it consists stairs.

Village Kruce: Kruce bay is a weekend resort, small and quiet place, located about 15 km south of the port city of Bar, and 10 km up to historical Ulcinj. The sea water here is very clean. Pebble (gravelly) beach is 600 meters long and 10 meters wide. The capacity of the beach is 1.200 swimmers.
Notice: we recommend you to use plastic sandals for easier entrance into the sea (it is not essential but it is more comfortable to walk on the beach and sea).

Place is ideal for quiet and relaxing holiday. Location is very good for people who want exploring of Montenegro .
Several national parks and other attractions can be reached with half-day or day trips.

Easy Jet, BA and Thomsonfly all fly to Dubrovnik in Croatia. With border crossing and ferry the journey takes about 3 hours from the airport but the flights are cheaper.
From Tivat airport jorney takes about 2 hours.
Car hire: All airports have car hire. But we recommended to take rent-a-car from Bar or Ulcinj (it is cheaper).

I want to point out that the road infrastructure and transport in Montenegro are not not highly developed. This means that in the summer season (July and August) there are a lot of crowded roads throw places Budva, Ulcinj, Sutomore, Petrovac, Herceg Novi. So we recommend that you avoid travel time to the cities at 9-12 am and 18-21 pm (only in July and August).
