Checked in at 4 on a Saturday and there was only one desk clerk. Brittany was awesome but was drowning as she was by herself. Cleaning staff didn’t have the rooms ready for not just us but multiple others. We didn’t get into our room until an hour after arriving at the hotel. When booking, a bar was listed as an amenity. It is not open. There is a little bar behind the hotel called Ott’s. If you want a beverage locally check them out.

Booked a king room, they overbooked and bumped us to a double bed. When asked why we got bumped it was because we booked with Expedia. We had a gift card that we confirmed before we booked that we could use and confirmed the dollar amount when we checked in with a receipt suddenly couldn’t be used. The hotel couldn’t figure out why the gift card couldn’t be applied and they left our account open until the Accounting department calls us tomorrow. The hotel call 2 General Managers with no response.
