The place could have been a little cleaner. Master bedroom smelled musty. Listing needs to be updated, as the area you rent is not in the house...its the garage turned into the rental. However, the inside shown in the pictures is what you are renting...livingroom, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, outdoor bar area. Beware of the neighbors...they are very nasty people. Owner did give us an "equivalent" property that was newer, however had less sleeping space and wasnt as private, new location was on corner lot. All of the properties are duplexes it seems, which is deceiving in the pictures. The walls, at least where we stayed, were paper thin in the bedroom and could hear everything being said by the neighbors. Ammenities were nice however bicycles are shared with neighbors and everytime we went to use, the neighbors had them. Owner is very responsive and willing to accommodate. ##### Alan R.
