Beautiful boutique property with views of the rolling hills! We were traveling with two children and the suite was comfortable for us all. Smaller pool but perfect for cooling off. Breakfast was lovely!

8.2/10 Very Good! (244 reviews)
This resort is in a small town, and when we went, it appears the travel season for this town was over. It was VERY quiet and you kind of felt awkward as there were so few people around, which is to bad as the facility was really nice. A few things were a bit dissappointing, such as the size of the pool and that the beach was a bit of a walk once you got on the pier. The hotel only had breakfast buffet option ( which was fantastic ). The restaurants nearby did not have great options except for the one we found ( E&O) which was incredible dining. The staff was willing to bend over backwards to help you and were wonderful. There is a marina directly behind the resort and then you have to walk about a half kilometer to get to the beach, which is VERY large. Overall a very nice little quaint resort and if you are looking for something quiet and not busy then this is perfect for you.

8.8/10 Excellent! (255 reviews)
The room size was adequate and the location acceptable, but unfortunately several aspects of our stay were disappointing.
Breakfast was offered for €8 per person, but the quality did not justify the price. The options were extremely limited: a coffee, two slices of ham, a croissant placed on a tray, and a small slice of lemon cake. There were no real choices available, which made the price feel excessive for what was provided.
The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were also of poor quality, making it difficult to rest well.
Housekeeping service was minimal. During our five-night stay, towels were changed only once or twice and the beds were not properly made most of the time.
Communication before arrival was also challenging. When we arrived around 6 p.m., there was no staff at the property and no prior instructions on how to access the building. After several messages and phone calls, we finally received the necessary information. Arriving at night with a child and no guidance was not a pleasant experience.
Overall, while the room itself was acceptable, the lack of communication, poor breakfast value, and limited service made the stay below expectations.

8.6/10 Excellent! (62 reviews)
Very friendly as check-in. We speak little scilian and the staff were so kind and patient as we tried to communicate. Most of them even tried to speak English to help with the language barrier.
The property is beautiful. It was a real life castle.
Slightly out dated but no a big deal at all.
There was free parking. Which was a plus as the town was very busy.
The views were amazing and the food was delicious.

Stella Marina
Via Cristoforo Colombo, 35 Ustica PA
9.2/10 Wonderful! (25 reviews)
Kitchenette in room was a bonus. Manager on-site was not at all pleasant but was efficient. She closes the front office from 1:00-5:00 pm although checkin time is 2:00, so if you’re not able to meet her before then you can’t check in until after 5:00. Strange setup.
