Check in was difficult for non native Spanish speakers. We got there around 11 PM and there was no one in the lobby. We were confused about what to do but we found a call box and figured out what number to call. Eventually someone came out to help us. The person checking us in didn’t seem interested in helping us with our poor Spanish. The room was fine but it did not look as nice as the listing. The location was nice. When we checked out we asked if we could leave our luggage so we could go out a few hours before our flight. They told us to go out our luggage in the basement. No one was downstairs so we had to just leave our things down there and hope it would be there when we got back. We didn’t lose anything but it was a little unsettling. I’ve been in worse hotels but I would not stay there again. Maybe it’s fine for Spanish speaking people.

A truly amazing experience at the Fierro Hotel in BA. From prior to arrival to departure, this was the perfect homebase for our adventures throughout the city. The hotel staff reached out prior to arrival to make check-in seamless, the rooms were beautiful, and the Staff were exceptional. Each morning there is a breakfast available which was superb. We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant. Located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, we had so many options for dinner and drinks in walking distance of the hotel. Overall, this was a truly great experience and I cannot recommend this place enough.
