とても良いお宿でした。スタッフはいませんが特に困ることがなく、快適に過ごせました。温泉のお湯が肌当たりなめらかでとてもよかったです。お部屋にいきなりソファがあってちょっとびっくりしましたが、結果的にくつろぐのにとても良かったです。カードキーを玄関の棚に裏返して置いていたら、棚とキーの裏が同系色なのとライトの暗さで全く目立たず、なくしたのかと思って探してしまいました。あれは違う色の方がうれしいなぁ。

周辺は何もないので、車で来ていたらとても便利。こちらにはスタッフの方がいないですが、特に不便だとは思いませんでした。お風呂も綺麗で良い風呂でした。チェックインだけがとてもわかりにくかったです。それ以外は十分です。

部屋が約12畳以上もあり、ゆっくりとくつろげた。 トイレ、洗面所、お風呂も一緒ではなかったので良かったです。 大浴場は最高でした。さすが、嬉野温泉です。 チェックインの時、QRコードの説明が分からず、ドアがオープン出来ず…近くにいた別の宿泊の方と協力して開けました。(機械にうといからでしょうけど…)

温泉は気持ちいいし最高でしたが、受付フロントが別にあり探すのに苦労しました!部屋での飲食禁止とかが不便でした。

今風な、勝手に空間を楽しむコンセプトが好きです。周りを気にする必要もなく、気楽に過ごせる環境は、素晴らしい！経営的には、人件費のセーブも出来、ホテルと客のバランスを上手く維持出来れば、良いのでは？ ストレスフリーで、良いホテルでした。 常識のあるお客様だけなら、今後上手くいくのかも？？

温泉の質が抜群に良かった、混んでなくてゆっくり入れて最高でした。ですが、連泊4日間でしたが、部屋の清掃が1日もなかったのが残念です。お安い料金なので仕方が無いのですが…。それ以外は言う事ありません！満足でした。
