"Das Hotel ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes im Umbruch. Das Zimmer war kärglich ausgestattet, es gab zwei Gläser, aber nicht einmal Wasser im Kühlschrank, ziemlich mitgenommene IKEA Tassen, um sich mit einem Beutel Tee zu versorgen.
Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich besetzt, und auch das Frühstück ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig.
Offenbar eine nach dem Besitzerwechsel noch nicht wieder auferstandenes Hotel. "

The only thing I did not like was some unreal explanations about room, based on room description it was supposed to have a partial view to bodensee, but was not met, and bathroom facilities was not complete."

"The easy proximity to the ferry, and the balcony to enjoy the view of the lake and promenade were such welcomed bonuses. Even when it rained we could sit and enjoy the view with the fresh air coming in, with plenty of space. We stayed in the family room, with lake view. Breakfast could not have been better. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to coming back!"

"The rating and cost are way too high. It’s clean and otherwise nice but the front staff is rude. I asked THREE times for a room cleaning over my 3 night stay and it wasn’t done. Even left door tag requesting clean which staff removed and still didn’t clean. Would never staff here again."

"Reception on floor 1, but check-in was in the restaurant/bar on floor 0. Took a bit to figure this out. Air conditioning was struggling to cool the room--probably due to dirty filters (there wasn't much airflow)--but the neighborhood was quite quiet and the night air was cool which allowed us to cool the room quickly just by opening the windows. Great place to stay right in the heart of this charming town!"
