We were in the room for 3 nights, and it was never cleaned. No new bedding or towels were brought in. Breakfast was okay, but something hot would be a nice addition.

Excellent hotel for the price. Stay only one night going back to NYC after visiting Smoky Mountains. It is not a high end hotel so if you are picky you will find something to complain. All I want is clean room , clean hotel and comfortable bed.

The toilet, sink and bathtub were clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable and clean but the base of the bed was a strange metal thing that made weird sounds when you sat on it. The motel is small and old. The outside looks reasonably well maintained, but the walls, woodwork and floors inside our room were creepy. There were no amenities at all; in fact, we didn't even have bedside lamps, and the overhead lights were very dim. The manager was nice, and he seemed anxious to please, but could only do so much. The price of the room was ridiculous, considering what we got. I assume they can charge this, because Liberty University is nearby, and the nicer hotels nearer to campus get booked early on any weekend when there are events.

Everything was excellent, except that there is no sound proofing and the room to room and hallway to room noise was unnerving. It’s a super location and facility, but if you need quiet to sleep, not a good fit.
