When we arrived only one of our rooms was ready. At 4:30 we decided to cancel the second room. As members, generally we have a lower level room/rooms. We were moved to the 4th floor and as we got settled in there was no welcome message on the TV. Did they swap our rooms?
The next morning there was no coffee for quite some time. We were told it would be ready in 15 minutes.
This wasn’t a bad stay. It just wasn’t the level of service we had come to expect from prior stays.
