Built in the 17th century by a fishing family. During the restoration special value was placed on preserving the charm of this house. Trusses and mud walls in conjunction with the thatched roof and a stove are good conditions to help you have an unforgettable holiday. Look out from the outward-opening Scandinavian remote star under bat edition in the idyllic garden with old fruit trees. They will not hear anything except nature. Turn off and come to rest. A matching kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, the dining area and the living room are suitable for up to 8 people. Everything is very cozy, the charm of the fisherman's house is expressed in every room. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From the two bedrooms upstairs, the bathrooms with shower are each directly accessible. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower in addition to a bathtub. In addition, it is handicapped accessible. The entrances to the house are at ground level and well suited for people with disabilities, as they have the required width. For example, a visit to the beautiful city of Stralsund (about 35 km, just over 30 minutes) with Ozeaneum, maritime museum and many other attractions. For anglers, the Bodden waters offer pike, zander and perch fishing in a class of their own. Das geräumige Haus mit den den 3 Schlafzimmer bot uns allen genügend Platz. Alle unsere üblichen Not-Mitbringsel konnten in den Kisten bleiben. Selbst Utensilien zum Backen sind vorhanden! Dazu unglaublich viel Besteck. Am großen Küchentisch und im große Wohnzimmer hatten wir eine tolle Zeit zusammen. Die Sonos-Soundanlage war das i-Tüpfelchen.Das das Wetter an Neujahr an der Ostsee auch mal schlecht sein kann ist ja nicht wirklich überraschend. Dabei hat sich das Haus als absolut Schlecht-Wetter-tauglich erwiesen, d.h. mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern haben wir es sehr gut aushalten können! :-)Dazu eine perfekte Kommunikation mit der Kontaktperson vor Ort und mit dem Vermieter!Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder! ##### Sven S. Das Ferienhaus war für uns fünf Erwachsene großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber, sorgfältig geschmackvoll eingerichtet, lichtdurchflutet. Küchenausstattung sehr gut. Wie geplant, konnten wir Arbeiten und Urlaub machen sehr gut vereinen - das W- LAN war ausgesprochen gut. Ausflugziele auf der Ostseite von Rügen waren mit dem Auto in 30-45 min gut zu erreichen. ##### Hubert T. Eine Sauna wäre schön gewesen und darf in dieser Preislage dann auch erwartet werden.
