Prepare delicious meals in the modern, fully equipped kitchen and round off the evenings in front of the crackling fireplace with an exciting book or an evening of games.  
  
Listen to the gentle sound of the river while you enjoy your breakfast on the spacious terrace. Let your children play in the spacious garden and organise a picnic while you prepare the barbecue in the garden for a convivial dinner in the sheltered conservatory.  
  
The entire island is part of the Natura 2000 area and therefore offers an extremely peaceful and scenic natural landscape. Use the holiday home's boat to discover romantic bathing spots and try your luck at fishing. Visit the modern Väven cultural centre, stroll through the old town or go kayaking on the Umeälven. Go shopping in Umeå, stop off at a charming restaurant or hike through Björnlandets National Park.
