A sense of utter peace and tranquillity prevails with views over the Umbrian and Tuscan hills. Can comfortably accommodate a large group of people or two families, yet cosy enough for a couple.

The holiday villa in Umbria can be enjoyed all the year around. Beautifully designed to a very high standard, this villa is intimate while at the same time being spacious, with two independent livings. Delightfully decorated throughout in rustic style, with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, ideal for outdoor living.

Casa Uliveto is made of two independent apartments.

Composition of each: Ground floor – has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining area.
First floor – 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Total 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to 16 people, number of guests can be flexible. Some extra beds can be added.

The private infinity swimming pool measures 15x5m with attached smaller pool 5x3m.

The electricity for the tennis court lights (night usage) is not included and calculated ad 0,50€/kW.
