It is near plenty of restaurants and bakeries. Barfurber Haus is attached. That was our favorite restaurant while in Ulm. The hotel breakfast was low on some of the selection such as bacon an cressants. That was disappointing. The room was great. Good technology. Plenty of USB ports to keep everything charged. The TV accommodated our YouTube premium account so we had a great selection of things to watch. We stayed there 5 nights. We then moved to the RiKu in Neu Ulm for our second week in Ulm.
