This fantastic holiday home was built in 2022 in Husby. Located just 1800 meters from the clear, inviting North Sea, this modern house offers a perfect combination of comfort and luxury. With a plot area of 3500 square meters and a house area of 210 square meters, there is plenty of space for both relaxation and fun.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



The house has a total of 6 bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups who want to spend time together. Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable double beds or bunk beds, which can accommodate up to 16 people in total. There are also facilities for small children, such as a cot and high chair, so the whole family can feel welcome.



The three modern bathrooms are equipped with showers and underfloor heating, ensuring a pleasant experience regardless of the weather outside. For those who love to relax, the house offers both indoor and outdoor spas, where up to 6 people can enjoy a soothing moment. The indoor sauna is perfect for warming up after a day outdoors, and the large outdoor spa with space for 4 people allows for beautiful moments under the stars.



The house's living room is furnished with a cozy wood-burning stove, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Here you can gather after a day of activities and enjoy each other's company. The open plan living room and kitchen make it easy to socialise while preparing delicious meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. It is also possible to prepare food on the barbecue on the terrace.
