Renovated, off-grid and open plan, this converted barn consists of a modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is situated on the mezzanine level with a comfortable king-sized bed. Below that is a versatile second living area with a day bed that can be converted into a double bed. The house was tidy and had everything needed including firewood for the firepit (or fireplace in cooler weather) and a selection of games and puzzles. Very well appointed with everything and more!! With no TV and limited phone and internet it was simply perfect for a restful quiet stay. It is the only property I have stayed in over the years where the wood supply for the fireplace was excellent, with varying sizes from kindling to large. The biggest bonus was the outside bath under the trees with plenty of hot water. Alonna lives on the property and evreready to assist when necessary.
