(82 reviews) We had a fab time and stayed in a lovely log cabin - was clean and perfect for two adults and a nine year old. The resort was very quiet with two places to eat that were walkable. We really enjoyed the skiing, was approx 160 euros per day for two adults and a child for equipment hire and lift passes. The only downside was that the pool and gym were quite expensive to use - 45 euros for three people to swim and 6 euros to use the gym that were both part of the hotel. Also make sure you stock up on supplies before you get there in Salla if you dont have a car - there is only a tiny shop on site and was no milk while we were there. Also arrange transport before you get there! (84 reviews) This stay was amazing! One of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time. The staff is really helpful and kind. The food is not to be missed. Breakfast buffet is just right to get your day going and the full dinner option was phenomenal. I’d arrive at my chosen time and my table was waiting each night. Every course was carefully prepared and incredibly tasty. The view from my igloo was better than I imagined. Right beside the frozen lake. The igloo had everything I could possibly want including a sauna which I used every night. I’m wasn’t lucky with the weather and didn’t get to see the lights at night. I see that as an invitation to return again perhaps a little earlier in the year. There isn’t much amenities so bring your own amenities, but large room with private sauna was just perfect hideaway for a family with children. Will definitely visit again!
