Très reconnaissante à Abou Ahmad, Moussa, Abd Errahman, le chauffeur de la navette Sajed qui a été très flexible en nous attendant à chaque fois après la sortie du Masjed Nabawi étant donné que mes parents ne marchent pas vite . « La chambre etait impecc! Une odeur de tabac froid tres forte en rentrant dans la chambre! Ca peut gêner Le personnel est gentil mais au premier abord, ils sont froid, pas de gentillesse et très entêter! J ai payé mon séjour directement sur le site, mais en arrivant il me dise qu'ils sont FULL, il etait 2h du mat, je sortais de la gare, fatigué avec son ton, l'hôte me fais comprendre tu peux partir, tu es venu trop tard, il fallait être la pour la priere de asr! Je m'assois et lui fais voir mon...

Sinon pour l'emplacement, sincèrement, n'y aller pas, c'est loin de TOUT, si vous venez pour la ziyarat, fuyez, pas de taxi qui passe, tubes dans une sorte de campagne, c est trop dur, tu peux meme pas y aller a pied! Et quand les taxi VEULENT bien s'arrêter, il te donne des prix INIMAGINABLE, je suis déçu d'avoir été dans cet hotel, plus jamais de ma vie! Big up a l'hôte de jour, un saoudien très gentil et tres serviable "

"Attention emplacement très éloigné de la mosquée !!! Il faut prévoir un taxi tout les jours car la navette qui est censé faire les aller retours toutes les 30 minutes ne vient pas et n’amène même pas devant la mosquée. C’est une erreur d’avoir réservé dans cette hôtel et ne faites pas la même au risque d’avoir les même regrets. "

"Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, une mention spéciale au personnel tellement bien veillant , à l’écoute et coopératif . Très reconnaissante à Abou Ahmad, Moussa, Abd Errahman, le chauffeur de la navette Sajed qui a été très flexible en nous attendant à chaque fois après la sortie du Masjed Nabawi étant donné que mes parents ne marchent pas vite . Papa a oublié ses stylos d’insuline à l’hôtel , l’un des employés ( je n’ai malheureusement pas demandé son prénom ) nous les a apporté à la gare de train avec sa voiture personnelle . Merci du fond du cœur d’avoir rendu notre séjour parfait "
