L'appartamento con due camere da letto (2° piano) è molto piccolo, soprattutto estremamente limitato lo spazio giorno, che fa fatica a contenere un tavolo e 4 sedie, a ridosso del muro. Piccolissimo il balconcino, che serve solo ad accedere all'appartamento e per stendere i panni. Il condizionatore è presente solo nella stanza cucinotto/pranzo, e anche tenendo le porte aperte le camere non si rinfrescano molto.
