The resort itself was beautiful. Great spot to unwind and relax. The customer service for such a high rated resort in ubud needs a lot of work, sadly not very accommodating and language was quite a barrier sadly. The Shuttle service to ubud needs to be more frequent rather then every 2-3hrs especially when he vehicle is just sitting their for hours on end and on check out we asked if at all possible they could please drop us off at 12 to centre ubud and they said no times of shuttle are 10 and around 2pm. Less star rated places in ubud and Bali surrounds have very accommodating staff and language was no barrier. The breakfast was not hygienic and food left out should be covered as flies land on the open air food with no cover. Rooms are very clean and the resort itself is beautiful.
