Needs a good dose of maintenance. Food awful and service quite poor. Food mentioned in menu not available and wine and cocktails specifically advertised not available. For this price there are far better options in Ubud. Front desk staff lovely - not their fault. My husband and I had a great stay with our 10 year old daughter, the plunge pool is such a nice touch to the villa! Ladera was able to accommodate our request for an extra bed, and it fit fine in the room. The area is fantastic- Jl. Bisma is a quiet street very close to the main Ubud center and the monkey forest all an easy 10min walk. Há restaurantes bons próximos, caixa eletrônico em frente ao hotel, mercado também perto. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Pedi um peixe no serviço de quarto, quase intragável. Melhor sair e comer fora. Bom hotel, preço razoável, ótima localização. O quarto não é completamente fechado, há uma abertura entre a parede e o teto, por isso há mosquitos.
