"We had a lovely stay during the Texas Monsoon Season of 2024. The cabin is comfortable and is well stocked with everything that you need. Plentiful pillows and blankets (the washer/dryer is a plus). "We stayed here for the eclipse and really enjoyed the stay. The host is fantastic with excellent communication as we brought our dog and she also has dogs but it was easy to arrange different times to have the dogs out. Her dogs are super friendly, I think my wife wanted to take them home with her. She also has horses which are always a pleasure to see. The cabin is small but really nice. It’s decorated well with lots of amenities. It very comfortable and the Wi-Fi works great for the kids....

"It was a very nice and relaxing weekend getaway. The tiny house did not disappoint . It had most everything we needed and was nicelyfurnished. I lounged around and enjoyed the porch in mornings and evenings while also staying cool inside laying around with my little dog watching Hulu. "Had a girls trip to the country to relax and it was every bit of what we wanted. Feeding cows, playing with goats, fishing and PARKER! He was the sweetest dog. Perfect description. "Such a great hidden gem! Like others, online pictures do not sue it justice. Three bed rooms were large and comfortable but the master is massive! Nice are for kids to play and sleep in loft. Fishing, canoeing was a fav along with sitting in porch in rockers. We had a fire each night too! Great olace!"

"This is a great place for two to getaway and relax. It rained for most of our stay, but we made the most of it hanging out on the front porch under the trees and watching movies late into the night. It is very quiet and has a secluded feel even though there are other cabins nearby. We'll be back."

It was storming very badly the day we were to leave and Jan sent us a text to extend our stay if needed because of the weather.
