Summary:  
Indulge in a peaceful getaway at this completely renovated house in Lower Jenkins Cove, Twillingate. This home offers a serene escape, conveniently located a short walk to the ocean and the renowned Rockcut Twillingate Trails. Featuring three decks, including one with stunning ocean views, you'll find ample space to relax and unwind. Complete with air conditioning, a modern kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms, this property is your perfect starting point to discover the magic of Newfoundland.  
  
The Space:  
Step into this newly renovated home (2025) and discover a comfortable living space. You'll enter the property through the side door, which leads you into a foyer. From there, you'll enter a hallway and down a few steps into the heart of the home, the open-concept living/kitchen/dining area. Two bedrooms are off of the main living area and the third is up a few steps at the rear of the property, where you'll also find the full bathroom and laundry facilities.  
  
\* \*\*Living/Dining Area:\*\* A combined space for relaxation and meals.  
\* \*\*Bedroom 1:\*\* Features a queen bed, offering a private retreat.  
\* \*\*Bedroom 2:\*\* Equipped two single beds, providing a cozy sleeping area.  
\* \*\*Bedroom 3:\*\* Located up a few stairs, this bedroom offers a double bed and a private patio with an ocean view  
\* \*\*Bathroom:\*\* A full bathroom.  
\* \*\*Laundry Room:\*\* Conveniently located for all your laundry needs.  
\* \*\*Outdoor Decks:\*\* Enjoy outdoor seating with a deck at the rear with access from the bedroom and decks at the front and side.

There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway. You'll be provided a key code to access the property. The whole house is yours to enjoy.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Lower Jenkins Cove is in an area of Twillingate referred to by locals at "Durrells" or "down Durrells" or "down arm". It's a lovely area with easy access to both the ocean and the Rockcut Hiking Trail system.
