"Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung ist für Leute die viel unternehmen einfach ideal. Man hat alles was man braucht, abends kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Abend ausklingen lassen. Ich war mit meiner Frau und unserem Hund schon das zweite mal dort und sind super zufrieden. Super geschlafen, Nordhorn City Fußläufig erreichbar, einkaufen auf der anderen Straßenseite, Wohnung top, Bad super, an & abreise völlig unkompliziert. Gerne immer wieder."

"Hallo Herr Tegelaar, hier eine kurze Rückmeldung zu unserer Übernachtung in Ihrem Objekt.Leider enttäuschte der erste Eindruck der schlichten aber stilvollen Einrichtung. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, sowohl bei der Bettwäsche, die teilweise krümelig war, dem klebrigen Sofatisch, oder dem großen braunem Fleck unter dem Bett. Der Boden im Bad war staubig und klebrig, die Toilettenbrille viel deiner ersten Benutzung auseinander. ...dies sind unsere größten Kritikpunkte, aber leider nicht...

"Einfach nur traumhaft.Eine zauberhafte und mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtete Gästewohnung.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, es fehlt dem Gast nichts. Sara, die Vermieterin, ist eine unwahrscheinlich liebe und empathische Gastgeberin, die, wenn gewünscht, immer mit Rat und Tat und zahlreichen Tips zur Seite stand.Wir und unsere Fellnase wurden auf's Herzlichste willkommen geheissen und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.Dafür Danke, liebe Sara.Wir empfehlen Dich weiter und kommen seeehr gern wieder."

"Tolle Wohnung, super sauber und alles vorhanden was wir brauchten und noch ein bißchen mehr... sehr nette Vermieter, angenehme Gegend Bei sommerlicher Hitze war es im Dachgeschoss erwartungsgemäß ebenfalls warm und die typische Geräuschkulisse in einer EFHsiedlung war bei offenen Fenstern zu hören.Fußläufig gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants sowie kulturelle Angebote. Parkplatz war direkt am Haus, Infrastruktur ringsherum gut ausgebautCheckIn&Out problemlos"

"Conveniently located straight from the train station. Clean on the inside (street level lift could use some attention), spacious room, friendly staff and good breakfast."

"The hotel is in a beautiful building easily accessible to the train station. The restaurant is excellent. The room was big, clean, and in good condition. However, there is no staff at this hotel. One of my two mobile keys did not work, so I could only get into the building from one side of it. There is no breakfast so I bought food at a local supermarket and then discovered that my fridge didn't work. First I sent the hotel a message about the key and the fridge- no response. One phone number I had for the hotel did not connect to anyone. After digging for a while through all the correspondence I found another phone number, called it, was told they would send someone to fix the fridge and the door (it was clear that they knew the door wasn't working), but when I came home that evening nothing was fixed. I sent another message- no response. The elevator seems to be electric and runs out of power so do not stay it this hotel if you need to rely on an elevator. I was too afraid to use it given that the hotel is unstaffed- I could have been stuck. Lastly, there are not enough lights in the room to read or see much. It is more of a romantic, atmospheric lighting. If all of this is ok for you, it's a beautiful hotel. I would have preferred a hotel with someone working there."

"Nice hotel with interesting concept. Very good location short walk the train station and city center. There is a Jumbo supermarket and restaurants next door. As clearly marketed it is a room and digital key with no human contact. Room is clean and for longer stay cleaned every 4 days. I recommend the hotel but you need to have a mobile with internet access otherwise you will not be able to access the hotel and room."

"The room was fine. We enjoyed the bike rentals. There are not many restaurant options nearby unless you bike or bus into town. The hotel restaurant was a bit formal for our taste, although we did enjoy the (expensive!) breakfast buffet. The food options on campus were a bit limited, as well. Thank goodness there was a small grocery nearby. The electric kettle in the room had moldy water in it. "

"From the start to the end, our stay was amazing! Excellent service from the receptionist, room was huge (junior suite), bed was huge and super comfy, bathroom was a good size with a good shower, nice towels and shampoo etc. the toilet was in another room but turned out better due to privacy. Food to have a heated towel rail to dry our togs after our swim. The indoor swimming pool was so large, good temperature, very clean and in a luxurious room! Nice seats after the swim, dressing gowns a bonus, very warm room to sit in - excellent. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. So much food, all delicious and a great variety. The hot food was just warm both mornings - the only negative. Good, free car park. Would definitely stay again."
