With the beach entrance just 240m away, you’ll love being able to pop over for a dip and rinse off easily at the outdoor shower. The spacious undercover balcony features an 8-seater dining table, nestled among native trees to offer a private and tranquil setting for outdoor meals and morning coffees. Downstairs, the kids will love the generous 3rd bedroom, complete with high ceilings, a tri-bunk, a single sofa bed, TV, and ceiling fan.
