"Check in was easy, the room was quiet and cute, and the bed was very comfy. I tried to reach out to them during my stay, and my emails went unanswered, so if you need something during your stay, it may be harder. Also, the property didn't have an elevator, and my partner hurt his back carrying luggage ..."

"Overall good. Great location. Checkin was ok. Do the precheckin, it makes the experience easier. We didn't and I did not realize I had recieved the mail for it. We had to call and wait in the queue for a bit before we could be helped. No a/c is terrible in a heat wave."
