Comfort with a friendly welcome

A rather unprepossessing entrance up an escalator leads to a comfortable hotel with extremely friendly and helpful desk staff. Comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast and only a very short walk to the central square

Overall good experience. Clean, centrally located, easy access to the parking. Breakfast buffet good. Little issue with the parking payment as I was unable to pay at check out. Now the parking company will send the bill to the car rental company, which might charge additional charges for processing the parking ticket.

We had a view towards wall in the third floor. Extra bed was too hard for an adult. The air conditioning was not cool enough because the blankets were very thick.

The hotel property as such is quite nice and appears recently renovated. Somewhat awkward placement of the lobby on the 2nd floor. Convenient parking. Good breakfast. Absolutely disgusting dinner buffet that was supposed to be street food themed but which was so bad we would not eat it.

Reception staff saves a very basic hotel

Unwelcomming entrance. Boring hotel With very dull room interior worn down floors. Very basic toiletpaper more like thin sandpapper. Basic dining facilitets With very basic standard of interior. Sterile room. Not cozy, no character, no soal. I slept. Thats it. Rather 3 star than 4. Excellent personell though. Very friendly reception staff!
