The check in staff were very courteous. The room was very comfortable. And the spa area was pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay there again.

Did not get the room I reserved! Arrived at midnight, -5°C outside , no reception ( I called and informed late,arrival) it took the guard 15-20 minutes to open ....
