We are located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, just a few steps from the Metro station and well served by supermarkets, cafés, and bus stops.  
  
The city center is easily reachable in just a few metro stops.  
  
The apartment is spacious, ideal for families, and part of an independent unit.  
  
The apartment is situated on the raised ground floor of a small independent house and is composed as follows:  
  
A living entrance opens onto a spacious living area with a sofa bed, TV, dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and all comforts.  
  
The bathroom features a shower, bidet, and washing machine.  
  
There are two bedrooms:

– a romantic master bedroom with direct access to the patio.
