Mistiq Temple has incredible amenities such as gym, amazing pools, roof top, lobby with receptionists and 24/7 security, and a restaurant inside the complex.
You won't need anything else to spend an incredible vacation in Tulum.

This exclusive studio is conveniently located between the town of Tulum and the beach. It is located on the first floor in a modern and unique architectural complex surrounded by tropical nature but with all the technological amenities to ensure an exclusive and comfortable stay. The space combines plenty of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows and the double height of the apartment. The fine furnishings will make you feel at home, creating a fresh, luxurious and cozy atmosphere from the first moment you arrive:
- The loft-style apartment is spacious and comfortable, located on the first floor where you will be surrounded by the beautiful jungle.
- A full size bed guarantees a comfortable night's rest and a single size sofa bed is excellent for family trips. The apartment has a large dining table next to a fully equipped kitchen that includes top quality appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, coffee maker, blender, toaster and all other necessary kitchen utensils. Also included are beach and bath towels, shower gel and shampoo, closet with hangers, private and very fast and stable (500 Mbps) fiber optic Wifi to work remotely from the apartment, excellent air conditioning for hot days, as well as a Smart TV with Netflix and other online streaming apps.
Check in starts at 3pm, we ask you to coordinate your arrival with your concierge who will be in contact with you days before your arrival.

- The beach is only 5 minutes away and can be reached by the property shuttle, bicycle, cab or (rental) car. Relax on one of the several public beaches such as Las Palmas or Paraiso, or enjoy one of the famous beach clubs such as Papaya Playa Project, Taboo Tulum, La Zebra, Casa Malca, Habitas, etc.
- The ruins of Tulum are located on the other side of town, about 10 minutes from the apartment, something that should be on your list of things to do and see. The pyramid of Coba is a little further inland on the peninsula, but no more than a 25 minute drive from the studio.
- Don't forget, visit at least one of the incredible cenotes (natural water pools) that connect to one of the largest subway river systems in the world. Visit at least one of them while in Tulum, such as Cenote Cristal and Escondido, Calavera, Gran Cenote, Dos Ojos and Nicte Ha, Casa Maya, etc. Most cenotes are only a 10 to 15 minute bike ride away and are definitely worth the trip.

Construction hours are typically 9am to 5pm, but may occasionally be extended from 8am to 6pm Monday through Saturday.
Depending on the stage of construction, there may be loud and disturbing noise.

In Tulum we have a great diversity of species such as turtles, jaguars, tropical fish, birds, rodents and insects.
Due to the vegetation we have, the climate, and the constructions, you may find some visitors, this has nothing to do with dirt, far from it, they are simply in their habitat that they share with us, they are not dangerous.

Tulum is experiencing great growth for which it was not originally designed and in which the government and service companies are working to improve but for the moment it is possible that services such as water, electricity, internet, may be interrupted due to situations such as weather or maintenance of suppliers and this is completely out of our control.
