Welcome to our charming home in Tulsa. This superb property boasts 4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds. With 3 full bathrooms equipped with all the necessities. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook and entertain. 2 large sectional sofas fill out the living room for maximum comfort of all guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washer and dryer, AC, WiFi, and more. Our master suite includes his and hers walk in closets and a spacious bathroom with dual sinks a free standing bathtub with smart tv and a walk in shower. Experience what Tulsa has to offer with a stay at our house. Just minutes from the Expo Center and Downtown. One block from our favorite dive bar The Colony. Walk on over and catch amazing musical performances from local Tulsa players all week long. We have 5 smart tv’s conveniently located throughout the home. 60” living room, 55” master suite, 43” guest room 1, 43” bunk room and a 32” over the bathtub in the master suite. New 8ft privacy fencing surrounds the recently renovated back patio and fire pit lounge. The corner lot has all new 4ft vinyl fencing making the area secure for children and pets.

We had a great stay here with our family and would absolutely come back. The home was very clean, and everything we needed was provided, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms, which were well stocked and easy to use. The air conditioning worked great, and the outdoor patio area was a highlight for us. It was a perfect space to relax and spend time together. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is also walking distance from a Braums and an Aldi, so that was very convenient as well!One small note: the fire pit setup was a bit confusing, as there were PVC pipes that made it unclear whether it was safe or ready to use. A little clarification or adjustment there would be helpful for future guests. We also noticed a few areas in the master bedroom where the ceiling paint was peeling, which may be worth addressing.Overall, it was a wonderful place for family time, and everyone had an excellent experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately there was a gas leak in the neighborhood and our gas/heat was shut off during our first night. However, we throughly enjoyed our stay in this home. I was there with my husband and our 6 kiddos. The house was clean and very spacious....both must haves for our family! The neighborhood was lovely. It was convenient to the highway, local attractions and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Tulsa! In addition, the house manager (Dustin) was absolutely fantastic! He was very helpful regarding the gas leak, friendly and empathetic! 5-Star Service!!

Our family of almost 10 really enjoyed this home and the thoughtful amenities. The home is larger than it appears in the photos and the primary suite was huge. All the beds were very comfortable, there were ample towels, there was plenty of seating in the living room and the host provided laundry & dishwashing detergent (which we really appreciate). The location was so convenient - just a few minutes to downtown and the arts district. We highly recommend this spacious home if you plan to be in Tulsa.

The property was easy to find and assess was seamless. We were very close to the Expo Center which is why we visited Tulsa. We actually had more than enough room and we were very comfortable in the house I texted the owner about a few concerns and he assured me the concerns were resolved.

We really enjoyed our stay here, as a group of cousins. The house was spacious enough for us to have privacy, and also good areas for hanging out together. It was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with cooking and serving dishes, and the laundry convenient. There is a drop of about 1 inch from the kitchen floor to the living area floor, which is tricky is someone is visually impaired. The location is convenient and the neighborhood very pleasant. The driveway is steep, so cars with low clearance should consider parking on the street. I would stay here again in similar circumstances.

Graduating senior trip.

Too cute, is truly the only thing to say! Our large family came to stay with grandparents in tow. Dan was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. Flying in from Florida it was important to us to have a well described house. This did not disappoint. The split floor plan was so nice traveling with kids, the master suite is lovely and the bed is so comfortable! The outside spaces were very nice and provided a lovely place for our graduation family dinner. The house was well stocked with pans, plates, paper goods, spices, soaps, and such. So many nice extras. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, there was occasional road noise from what sounded like teens street racing on the far interstate. One thing to note, the driveway is very steep so some vehicles will need to park on the street, we had a 15 passenger van and the street parking was ample and easy. This did not deter us at all, my daughter and parents parked easily in the driveway with their sedans. An SUV would have been fine as well. Overall we were very pleased and would love to stay again in the future.

Family reunion that was long overdue

This house was probably one of the best we've stayed in when compared to all our past VRBO bookings. We had a mixed group ranging in ages from 62yr to 23yrs old, including an amputee- all agreed...the house was beautiful, the beds were comfy and the neighborhood/location was great! There was plenty of room to spread out for our group of 8. Even though we were there to visit family/attend a wedding...we equally enjoyed our time in that home. We will definitely consider returning if we're in the area again.

The home is adorable. Very well stocked. Plenty of amenities. Enough space for 9 adults. Dan, the host, was helpful and responsive. If i ever need room for a large party again in the Tulsa/Stillwater area, i would definitely book again.
