Nice place to stay
The room was clean and spacious.....the person who checked us was very nice and helpful. For us it was in a perfect spot. They also provided a shuttle to get to the Hard Rock Casino. The only thing that was lacking was the breakfast. The juice machine was out and I personally don’t drink coffee so with that being said there was nothing for me.

We weren’t able to keep our reservation due to a situation beyond our control. They were unwilling to refund any part of the prepaid reservation. I was referred back to Travelocity ( where I originally made the reservation), Travelocity referred me back to hotel. Clerk at hotel was negative to me and about Travelocity. I understood that reservation was non-refundable, however, it seems that exceptions should be made when necessary. Policies do not dictate bad attitudes, regardless of the situation.

DECENT QUALITY BUT OVERPRICED
breakfast terrible. eggs wattery tasted like cardboard. no fruit Potatoes covered with weird spice salt that ruined them completely. Go figure.

We will be back
A great stay in a simple, modern hotel! All areas we were in were very clean. All of the staff we engaged with were very friendly, even when I misread the room number on the key card and created a problem for them. Beds were comfortable and all the linens smelled sanitized. Love that everything is white/light colored and easy to do a quick inspection for cleanliness. We didnt eat the free breakfast so no opinion on it. We didnt use the pool but it looked clean. We will definitely be staying again.
