Blue Cottage in the heart of Tulsa

** New 2026 bathroom remodel. The cottage is within walking distance to the Tulsa Fairgrounds and EXPO center (it is 700 feet or 4-minute WALK to the fairgrounds). Tulsa University and Route 66 are just a mile away. It's just a short drive to Cherry Street, Downtown, and Brookside. This 2 bedroom home is perfect for individuals, couples, and families. One of the few homes in the neighborhood with an attached double car garage! There is​ a Target, Starbucks, and Reasors (grocery story) less than a mile away.

It has lots of bright windows and is an open concept floor plan. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. It also has a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the garage, large fenced in the back yard, WIFI, Cable TV, DVD player, electric fireplace, coffee pot, and coffee. *NOTE: there are 3 exterior security cameras. They do not look into the interior spaces.

Overall we had a great experience! However, we were concerned that we could not get the window above the kitchen to lock and there is no curtain to cover it at night. This made us a little uneasy at night. Also, the kitchen and bathroom towels did not appear clean when we went to use them. There was also a used bar of soap that was left on the window ledge in the bathroom that made us a little skeptical. The lamp in the living room did not work and the code they gave us to the front door was not correct either, so we just went through the garage.

We had an amazing stay here! Everything was really nice and clean. The neighborhood is quaint and felt very safe. We were located near a lot of different areas of interest and we loved being close to our daughter's university. Parking in the garage was the best of the perks! No finding a place to park in an unfamiliar area or other issues we've had in other areas in the US we have traveled to. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Blue Cottage

This was a cute little home and well decorated. Very cozy and we had everything we needed. It was in the 90's in Tulsa while we were there and the home has a FANTASTIC AC, thank goodness. The neighborhood is always fantastic. We have stayed in this area a few times and it is about 15-20 minutes from everything you could want to do (aquarium, discovery lab, water parks, expo center, Reeser's, Target and several fast-food restaurants as well as sit down locations). It is close to the highways as well. We have family in the area and of course we will be back and will look to stay at this property again. Thank you for your hospitality Cherith.

NICE HOUSE BY EXPO CENTER

Nice, simple house right behind expo center and not far from the airport. Has a convenient garage for car when it’s cold or snowing . Beds aren’t anything fancy a bit on the softer side . Open plan concept with kitchen and has a nice gas stove for cooking .

I booked for my daughter's volleyball tournament at Titan Complex and this was my first time using VRBO. The process was smooth and easy! The house was so cute and had everything from towels to spices! Communication was great! I will be staying here again next visit to Tulsa!

Would not stay here again - dirty floors, rugs, bath towels, etc

I'm kinda shocked by all the good reviews. The inside of the house is partially redone and looks pretty in the pics but so many negatives. -Floors were DIRTY! They need to be mopped. They actually need to be refiniished but at least mop them! -Bath towels were old - white towels that were now grey -Most of the rugs were DIRTY -Ice maker didn't work -You have to stand on a stepladder to use the microwave - this is ridiculous -Porchlight didn't work -AC control was kinda a pain to use. -Both bedroom lamps sucked - one is blinding, other had no lampshade. -Garage door looks like a crime scene - rust? I don't know. The list goes on and on.

Convenient and Clean

This small home is convenient to the Tulsa Expo Center. While small, it is very clean. The microwave is awkward as it is in an upper cabinet. All else is fine. This was my second stay there.
