Patio space featured up front and out back for a morning coffee or an evening unwind. All new appliances as well as on-site laundry. Garage converted into a multipourpose space. Large television available for streaming your favorite shows as well as comfy couches to sink into. King size bed with plenty storage in front master. Full bathroom complete with tub and walk-in shower. Two guest rooms, one with trundle bed and the other a single twin along with plenty space for storage. Kitchen features butcherblock countertops looking over the fenced in backyard. Cozy all the way around! Also, don't mind the neighbor's cats that like to say hello from time to time, they are super friendly and love kids!

Comfortable and Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was the perfect size and had comfortable beds and couch/chair. The giant smartTV was a great amenity. Perfect, quiet, location off the main streets of town made it easy to get anywhere. And the host was very easy to reach out to.

Just the right size

This was the perfect size for our family of 5 to stay. The beds were comfortable. The living room was inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. This is a great place to stay!

Very comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood, very comfortable beds with top sheets. Previous reviews mentioned no top sheets. That issue obviously was addressed. Close to restaurants & other shopping opportunities.I would stay there again.

The house was very clean and well maintained! The neighborhood was a bit rundown, but no issues with it. Local business noise was a bit of a distraction, but not a significant issue. Enjoyed my stay with brother! Thank you!

This house was perfect for our visit with family. Beds were really comfortable and the host was quick to respond when we had any questions. Loved having the fenced in backyard for our fur baby too.

Peaceful and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay. This house is very updated and very clean. The owner was very nice to come over and get our TV working for us and we did appreciate that a bunch. I highly recommend this place.

Good place to stay

I was very happy there. It would have been nice to have the basic cable news access, like CNN, FBN, etc., but not that important; however, the Netflix was great. The provided Coffee, kitchen equipment, and water was a nice touch (I don’t think tap water was drinkable). Overall, I recommend the place.

Broken Arrow week end

Nice place to stay. Better than a hotel. However, there was no soap of any kind in the bathroom. Had to use dish soap in shower the first night, but picked some up the next day. If you like memory foam super soft bed you'll like the queen. I ended up in the twin because it was much firmer. The more important problem with the beds is that there were no top sheets. People like a layer of clean between them and a comforter used by others. We appreciated the selection of coffee you left for us. We would stay again if you got top sheets.
