"We didn't stay at this hotel. Due to a family death we couldn't travel but hotel refused to refund the tickets. The hotel has a perfect right to do so but we expected a better response under the circumstances. Will definitely not visit again. Bad PR"

"Hemos disfrutado mucho en esta casa, hemos estado muy cómodos, la casa es mucho más grande de lo que parece en las fotos, no falta detalle, la calefacción funciona muy bien, hemos estado muy calentitos.
