It is located a few blocks from a main road but far enough away not to hear traffic. The neighborhood is historical, safe, and walkable. I stayed for two nights at Istvan's place while attending my son's graduation at the UofA. The location was good. A safe neighborhood and close to the graduation events. I enjoyed the short walk to the Rincon market also. Everything in the cottage appeared newly renovated, of high quality, and very clean.
