Rooms are spread out so very quiet. Neighborhood pretty quiet for a city. House and kitchen very well equipped. There were some books on area attractions. Owner made a cute notebook of rules and restaurants, etc.The owner was very responsive. Checked in with us via email to ensure everything was ok. Close to downtown and trails, the house was spotless and had all the necessary amenities including a secluded back yard and an open concept kitchen and dining room for meals and spending quality time. We made breakfast one morning and were able to find all the cookware and cooking utensils we needed. We also had the option of a K-pod or traditionally brewed coffee. There were too many mosquitos to enjoy the lovely outdoor patio due to all the rain, but hopefully we can get outside next time if we get to go back during a dry spell. It was a short trip, but we had a lot of fun. We enjoy visiting Tucson to see my daughter at UA. The fire pit in the backyard was a great treat and a way for her to bring her friends over and enjoy smores. The house is pretty close and convenient to the UA campus and also had a grocery store super close to get supplies. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Lynn C. The house was conveniently located near the airport and downtown. The house was perfect for our needs - clean, quiet and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with salt, pepper, sugar, oil. Host provided ample coffee and creamers. Washer/dryer onsite. A/C worked great in the near 100 degree days. Water pressure strong. Hot water was hot. Off-street parking in driveway. It was large and comfortable enough for our whole family inside and in the garden. Communication with the host was pleasant and requests and questions were handeled or answered immediately. It's an easy walk or short drive. Being close to a Safeway grocery store was a bonus for us. The layout of the house was nice with the bedrooms being on one side of the house and all the shared living space on the other. The backyard was comfortable and made for another nice space to relax.
