We got there at around 9am after a long 14 hour drive and I asked to pay extra to check in early. They didn’t charge me at all for the early check in and the customer service was the most amazing I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Comfort definitely wasn’t great but we really only used the room for sleep. We had to kill about 3 bugs when we walked in and then we were fine.
