The pool heat fee is $65/day to heat to 80 degrees. Must be either heated or not heated for entire duration of your trip. Cannot pick and choose dates, as our heater needs time in advance to heat up before your trip). \*\*\*Pet Policy: Only dogs over 2 years old and under 35lbs allowed. Max 2 dogs. Must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated at night and when home alone. Non-refundable $150 pet fee. \*\*\*Please NO parties or smoking of ANY kind inside or outside our home. Quiet hours outside (in backyard and courtyard) between 9pm and 9am. No outside guests allowed. The is a beautiful well-appointed home that was spacious and very comfortable. It is located the bottom of a canyon so noise from nearby traffic is noticeable but at the same time we enjoyed seeing javalina, bunnies, Prairie dogs, as well as a plethora of birds. They played pool, swam, sat in the jacuzzi, played in the game room, watched movies in the movie room, and, the best part, they all cooked in teams in the huge kitchen and were off their phones. What I love about this home is that it is so comfortable, and with all the great amenities, it brings everyone together. It was great seeing my kids off their phones and all interacting together before they go off to different colleges and military life. Helen (the owner) is helpful and great if you have any questions. This will be my go-to on my next trip with my high school students down to the Tucson area. My kids thank you, Helen, for letting them use your house and said it was a trip where they made great memories that will last a lifetime! ##### Laura T. Appreciated that we were supplied with lots of towels including pool towels. Plenty of shampoo, trash bags, for our stay with a large group. The kids loved the game room and the pool. Adults enjoyed the views and the hot tub. Kitchen had what we needed. It is a very well used rental home and it was a little more run down than we expected, such as some damages to the walls, broken and loose things, stained carpets. I was surprised based on the booking photos and the price, but ultimately it didn’t end up bothering us since we had kids and dogs, we didn’t feel like we needed to be overly cautious during our stay. The property was fantastic! Clean, with all the necessary amenities and tons of extras. Everyone enjoyed the cinema, pool, arcade, pool table and hot tub! Our party of eight had room to spare. We celebrated a birthday and the 4th of July at Woody’s and loved everyone moment. Each couple hosted a day of food, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Fantastic communication with the owners when we had questions. The home exceeded all our expectations and we hope to make this an annual trip.
