The staff seem to be professional. The charge amazingly reasonable. A convenience store located right next to the hotel. The only pet peeves is the size of the room. There is no room to widely open a large suitcase. This may be normal per the Japanese standard especially in middle of downtown, but not for people from outside of Japan.
