This gorgeous barn conversion was possibly once a piggery and required virtually a complete re-build. Retaining many of its original features, including exposed beams and stonework and external ramped access to the first floor, it has been sensitively restored, fitting into the landscape, simply but stylishly. Tucked away in a corner, it has privacy and peaceful surroundings, with the countryside literally on your doorstep.

LIVING

Ruan has a open plan kitchen, dining, living area. The living room has an Aga gas feature fireplace and comfortable furniture. Here you’ll find a Smart TV, Roberts Radio, books and board games.

EATING

The dining kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with double oven and induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and modern cookware, tableware and cookbooks. A washing machine and dryer are located in an utility room. A staircase leads off the kitchen to the ground floor.

SLEEPING

There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom with zip and link super king and Egyptian cotton bed linen.

BATHING

Ensuite master bedroom had a bath with overhead shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail and twin bedroom ensuite comprises of a shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail, while upstairs there is a cloakroom cleverly designed into the eaves.

DOG FRIENDLY

Ruan is ideal for dogs and you are very welcome to bring up to two dogs during your holiday at a cost of £35 per dog per week.
