Fun place nice quiet outside of town still easy to go downtown

Location and price point are exceptional for everything Sault Ste Marie downtown and Soo Locks related. Hotel is clean and very quaint. Rooms were very clean and well appointed although slightly dated. It works however. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is an historic hotel and building with quirks and unique qualities. Moloneys Alley is the Irish pub across the street has excellent food and service. Will be back and highly recommend.

This was unique and a blessing! I LOVE that they provided bibles in each room! The Gideons will do that for free! There are some that dont allow the Gideons to do this, please encourage them. This hotel does! They are receptive and friendly also:-)

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The towels were very soft. There was a side table by each side of the bed and they both had nice lights and USB connectivity. The parking lot had a lot of deep potholes in it and the bathroom sink was clogged. The bathtub was stained, but jetted. The curtain rod was coming off the wall and the small refrigerator worked, but the freezer did not work well. The TV was good but hard to operate. The heating and air conditioning worked as expected and hotel location was good. The continental breakfast was bearly adequate, especially at the price point we paid. The hotel had two floors but no elevate so you would need to struggle to get your luggage to the second floor.

It was a very nice hotel I really enjoyed it.
