It appears that each room/suite is owned by someone who allows the property to rent out their suite like a hotel does when they are not using it. I like the model if handled well, and it is handled well here. The suite that we had was frankly fabulous, because a well to do family made sure it worked for them in terms of all the construction and design standards. There was tons of closet space, but then additional locked closest spaces marked "Owner's Closet." Everything you would expect in a long term rental was done to a different standard than hotel standard. Master bedroom with luxury bathroom (shower and soaking tub, twin sinks). Second bedroom with great bathroom. A third full bath off the entrance for guests. Large kitchen (fully equipped with everything you might possible need or want other than food) with appliances a step up from hotel suites. Big dining table and living area. Large screen TVs everywhere. A huge balcony with entrances from the living room and each bedroom. Washer/dryer. Heating and air worked great. Everything in condition ready for when the owner's showed up. All decorations are clearly for the owner's family, and you felt like good friends let you use their place. Dom at the front desk was fabulous, and others were great as well. Heated Indoor/outdoor pool and a big hot tub you would probably be comfortable using. Workout facility nice and in good repair. Sauna is marvelous. Parking garage so easy to use and then access room.
