Quelques soucis électriques hors du contrôle du propriétaire (mais il faut faire PLUSIEURS suivis à la réception pour que le problème soit réglé convenablement 2 jours plus tard). Très bien situé à côté du port avec bar, boutiques, restaurants, plage, départ excursion bateaux, navette Fort de France et proche du village créole ce qui permet de ne pas prendre sa voiture le soir. C'est moi qui ai dû informé le propriétaire de l'hôtel qu'il était fermé une semaine à l'avance. Et j'attendais donc un remboursement il m'a fait comprendre qu'il était hors du département et qu'il ne pouvait pas me rembourser car il n'avait pas les codes. J'ai dû prendre un autre hôtel, et ce n'est d'un jour avant la fin de mon séjour lorsque j'ai appelé Abritel, qu'il m'a remboursé... Je pense qu'il a voulu m'anarquer. La possibiité de rejoindre Fort de France en navette, de louer une voiture sur place... et bien plus encore... tous le services sont disponibles sur le site. La proximité des commerces et des restaurants permettent de découvrir la convivialité des martiniquais, les produits traditionnels et la cuisine locale à des prix modérés pour un service de qualité. Propre, petite cuisinette sur le balcon où il est agréable de manger en regardant les bateaux de la marina. Accès aux services du Carayou (plage, piscines, animation, équipement sportif) et personnel très gentil et serviable. Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques et répondent rapidement à nos demandes (grille-pain apporté dans la journée). Petit problème de climatisation réglé en quelques heures. Ce n'est pas un complexe neuf, mais propre et l'aménagement extérieur est très joli et bien entretenu. Nous avons reservé un mois dans ce minuscule studio, à notre arrivée personne pour nous accueillir, rien sur la table en bienvenue, meme pas une bouteille d'eau, un fruit...bref cela n'est pas le plus grave Nous avons vu le propriétaire le lendemain qui est juste passé pour encaisser le solde de la location sans plus d'hospitalité Nous lui avons signalé que le studio etait tres humide il a dit qu'il fallait mettre la clim a fond pour eviter cela.....c'est cela vivre dans un frigo avec un enfant de 2 ans 1/2 ashmatique . Surprise au bout de 3 jours toutes nos affaires ont commencés a moisir.... la vaisselle (pour le peu qu'il y avait) etait en mauvais état et sale Le soleil tape en plein sur la terrasse, vous ne pouvez meme pas y manger le midi. La propriétaire a meme avoué qu'elle n'y mangerais pas...lol quelle honte, nous vous déconseillons et pouvons vous montrer les photos. Cette location est totalement insalubre!!! fuyez et trouver une location bien mieux surtout qu'il y a le choix ##### vialar l. Jun 23, 2016 #### Appartement très bien équipé et situé Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement très calme et propre. Bien équipé, il est situé dans une résidence avec deux piscines très bien entretenues au cœur de la Pointe-du-Bout avec toutes ses bars, restaurants, boutiques et animations. On peut tout faire à pied, même aller à plusieurs plages (celle de l'hôtel mais aussi celle de l'Anse Mitan ou celles de la pointe). Les propriétaires très accueillants nous ont bien expliqué comment aller à Fort-de-France directement en bateau depuis la marina des trois-ilets que l'on voit depuis la terrasse de l'appartement. C'est très pratique ! Notre fille a adoré les piscines et les activités proposées par le club Lookéa. Nous reviendrons sûrement dans cet appartement lors de notre prochain séjour en Martinique. ##### Pascale D.
